Tomato and mozzarela is a very simple, delicious and light dinner, which can also be served as appetizer.
Cut tomatoes into thicker slices, allocate them on a plate and season with bio Mediterranean salt. Cut buffalo mozzarella into slices and load them onto tomato. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, good olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve it with fresh bread. Simply delicious!
