Recipe: Delicious Creamy Vegetable Soup

A very delicious creamy vegetable soup, very suitable for children, as they will not “see” the ingredients.


  • butter
  • 1 leek
  • 2-3 carrots
  • a piece of celery
  • parsley
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • other vegetables at hand
  • Biogetta

Sautee the finely chopped leek on the butter. Cut all the vegetables to pieces and add to leek. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add water so that the vegetables are covered, and sprinkle with a teaspoon of Biogetta. Cook for a good half an hour on a light flame, then rinse with a stick mixer and, if desired, add a bit of cream. Serve with pancakes, plum dumplings or spelt souffle with raspberry sauce.
